1) Join the U.S. Hot Stamps Affiliate Program

These Affiliate Program Terms apply to the U.S. Hot Stamps affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

The program is free to join. We welcome creators, influencers, bloggers, and partners who share U.S. Hot Stamps’ focus on unused postage stamps at practical prices.

2) Why Partner With Us?

 • Attractive commissions — Earn a percentage of every qualifying sale referred through your unique tracking link.

 • Products worth sharing — Unused postage stamps selected for condition and everyday mailing use.

 • Marketing support — Access banners, product images, and selected promotions from your affiliate dashboard after you join.

 • A growing brand — U.S. Hot Stamps serves customers who want unused postage stamps at a better price.

3) How It Works

 1. Join — Complete affiliate registration with basic details about your platform and audience. There is no fee to join.

 2. Get your tracking code — When registration is complete, we activate your affiliate account and assign a unique tracking code. There is no separate approval wait.

 3. Promote — Generate tracking links from your dashboard for the homepage, a category, a product, or a custom URL. Share U.S. Hot Stamps through your site, social channels, or email.

 4. Earn — Commission is credited on qualifying referred orders, subject to the rules below.

4) Tracking & Attribution

You earn commission on orders placed by customers who reach U.S. Hot Stamps through your tracking link.

Tracking uses last-click attribution. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, only the most recently clicked link counts.

The tracking cookie is stored for 1,000 days.

5) Commission & Payouts

Commission rate

The standard commission rate starts at 5% of the referred order’s product subtotal. Shipping, tax, and coupon discounts are not part of that subtotal. The amount is calculated from the product subtotal when the order is placed. Top performers may receive a higher rate or bonus incentives at our discretion.

When commission is credited or reversed

Commission is credited when the referred order reaches Processing. Moving the same order to Shipped or Complete does not add another commission. If the order is later Refunded, Reversed, Charged Back, or Voided, the commission for that order is reversed.

Your commission balance

Your affiliate account shows four amounts:

 • Pending — credited commission still inside the 30-day holding period.

 • Available to Withdraw — credited commission that is at least 30 days old and not reserved by a withdrawal request.

 • Withdrawal in Progress — amounts you have requested that are not yet paid.

 • Total Paid — amounts already paid out.

The 30-day holding period starts when the commission is credited (when the referred order reaches Processing).

Using commission at checkout

Affiliate commission is not store credit and is never applied automatically at checkout. If you have available commission, you may choose to apply some or all of it on an order. A coupon and commission may be used on the same order. You may place your own orders while waiting to withdraw. Self-referral fraud is not allowed (see section 8).

Withdrawals and payouts

The minimum withdrawal is $50.00. Payouts are processed monthly, manually, to the PayPal email or bank account saved on your affiliate profile. Cheque is not supported. Update your payout method to PayPal or bank transfer before requesting a withdrawal.

Submitting a withdrawal request immediately reserves that amount so it cannot be requested again. Paid requests are not deducted a second time. Withdrawals are not sent automatically through the card or PayPal checkout networks. Other payout methods may be available upon request.

6) Who Can Join?

 • Stamp collectors and mailing / stationery creators.

 • Social media creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and similar).

 • Website owners, bloggers, and publishers.

 • Email marketers with a relevant audience.

 • Partners whose content and audience align with U.S. Hot Stamps.

Registration is free and there is no separate approval wait. We may later suspend or close accounts that do not fit the program.

7) Advertising & Disclosure

If you promote U.S. Hot Stamps products, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, including in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (or the equivalent rules in your country).

Do not use misleading claims, fake scarcity, unauthorized coupons, brand-impersonating ads, or paid search on U.S. Hot Stamps brand terms unless we have given written permission.

8) Account Status

We may suspend or disable affiliate accounts that abuse the program, including self-referral fraud, incentivized or misleading promotion, or any activity that damages the U.S. Hot Stamps brand.

Disabled accounts stop earning new commission. We may also reverse commission tied to abusive or invalid orders.

9) How to Apply

Apply from the Affiliates page at https://www.ushotstamps.com/affiliate-login.html. The program is free to join. When you complete affiliate registration, we assign you a unique tracking code and your affiliate account is active. There is no separate approval wait.
